The house is on the border between Northridge, Winnetka, and Chatsworth, right off of Winnetka Ave. 3 minutes driving from Northridge Fashion Center and Costco. 10 minutes north of Pierce College and 10 minutes West of CSUN. Looking for two roommates to share a 3-bedroom house. It’s a single unit within a community with a pool right in front of the house. The rooms are not furnished, the house is really new with great bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a comfortable common area.
About the roomies
I’m an art teacher in my mid-thirties who works in the Valley and Thousand Oaks area. I am looking to live with working professionals or students. 2 rooms are available, so it’s perfect for someone renting with a friend. This sharing situation is great for those who like peace and privacy, because I do a lot of my work in Thousand Oaks, and I am mainly there on the weekends. So you probably will have the whole house to you and the other roommate a lot.
