Great area, really close to a lot of restaurants and close enough to the city. Nice rooms and a nice overall apt with kitchen and laundry room in the basement, unfurnished. 5 total bedrooms with only 2 people living here currently.

About the roomies

My cousin and I are living here for the year, we don’t end up staying in the apt too often and like to go out as much as possible. I work in supply chain management up in Haverhill, and my cousin is a student at UMass Boston.
