About the room
The downstairs area will be yours to use and furnish. There is a properly sized bedroom with plenty of closet space, a private full bathroom, and a living area you can use and furnish. Lastly, there is a private entrance/exit for you to use as needed. The upstairs living, dining, and kitchen are for shared use, but I will be furnishing those areas. NOTE: The utility room that is downstairs is also the laundry room, so we will need to share that space.
The community is lovely and mostly quiet, with plenty of green spaces and amenities. Parking is not assigned, so you will have to park on the street. Typically, it’s not a problem, but it’s something to note.
About the roomies
My name is Brian, and I have two cats, Gigi and Dot. I’m a full-time student at GWU, and I work part-time. I’m pretty quiet and clean.
I purchased the property recently, so I will be furnishing the upper level slowly. I apologize if by the time you move in it’s still a work in progress.
