About the room
Room for rent in 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Lease is full year with move in September 1st with option to potentially move in before that. 1250 per month. Quiet street in Lower Allston.
Current roommates are young professionals in their late 20s. We pay electricity and gas. First month and security up front, potential to pay partial security. This is a good option for someone looking for a lower upfront cost for moving. Very easy commute into Cambridge or Downtown via car or transit. Apartment is mostly furnished (my furniture is leaving but roommates items are staying)
Pets negotiable. Currently one roommate has a cat who gets along with my dog. Open to bringing a pet if yours gets along well with other animals and is house trained.
The apartment has laundry in the building and an awesome back yard. Its close to several bus stops and within walking distance of the Redline at Harvard Square. This is a great option for students at Harvard or BU!
