The house is located VERY close to Liberty Lake Beach acces. It’s always fun to go down there for a swim after work or when coming back from a hike. There is also close access to the liberty lake nature preserve, host to miles and miles of hiking trails. The house itself is a three story building with bedroom on the top floor, kitchen and entry way on the middle floor, and a basement housing an entertainment center. We also have a decently set up gym in the garage that you’re more than welcome to use anytime. We’re looking for someone responsible and decently clean. I would be willing to work with you on rent price in exchange for you doing more of the chores.
