Rent includes ALL utilities; housekeeping (every 2 weeks), essentials (hand/ dish soap, toilette paper , kitchen paper towels, dishes), usage of all common areas (kitchen, washer & dryer, 1 Gig hi-speed internet, dinning / living room areas , outdoor grill, garage storage, and a large backyard).

We both easy going working professionals in our 30’s looking for someone who is clean, respectful, financially responsible (good vibes , no drama). We both work corporate jobs and Roommate is rarely home so you’ll basically have the restroom to yourself.
