Welcome to a clean, quiet home in a safe community in Land O’ Lakes, just about 30 minutes from downtown Tampa. This is a great option for students, healthcare professionals, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.
The room has a closet but is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bedroom furniture, including a bed. You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and other common areas.
At the moment, you’ll have your own private bathroom. If I rent out an additional bedroom in the future, the bathroom would become shared with one other tenant. If that happens, I’m happy to reduce the monthly rent accordingly.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways, making it easy to commute to Tampa and surrounding areas.

Currently, I am the only person living in the house, so you’ll be sharing the common areas with just me. If I decide to rent out another room in the future, I’ll be looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.
