Big backyard with fruit trees, lots of space to spread out, and a genuinely quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to Safeway, Oliver’s Market, easy access to Hwy 101 and Hwy 12, and a bus stop nearby. Nearest main roads are Guerneville Rd and Marlow Rd. I have one calm, quiet, medium-size dog with a clean coat — no smelly dog house here, promise. Sorry, no additional pets.
