I am a Christian woman, and my husband and I are an older couple who have many years of experience renting rooms to college students. We live on the main floor of the home, while the room for rent is located on the second floor, giving our tenant added privacy. Our home is conveniently located on the border of Westland and Livonia, just a short drive from Madonna University, Schoolcraft College, and Henry Ford College. We have raised four daughters and are family-oriented people who enjoy providing a safe, clean, and comfortable home for students and young professionals.
