About the room

Freshly remodeled in-law suite. Private entrance, in-unit washer/dryer, full hvac control, all utilities included (electric, gas, water, garbage, WiFi, pest control). Garage is included and is exclusive to downstairs unit. Good for a workshop space or for car storage.

Unit was designed with love for my Mother in law. Circumstances changed and we no longer need to provide her with a place to live. So we are hoping to find a nice quiet roomie.

About the roomies

Upstairs couple are married with three well behaved cats and no kids. We are quiet, in bed by 9:30 people. You can stay up late and have guests but we hope you can respect our bedtime and quiet hours of 10pm.
