Hi! I’m looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in Clairemont (Beadnell Way), available mid-August. I’m renting out one private bedroom, so it will just be you and me living in the apartment.

About the room & apartment: • Private bedroom • Shared bathroom (always kept very clean) • Cute, spacious, and well-organized apartment • Month-to-month arrangement • Rent: $1,250/month • Utilities are usually under $100/month • Rent is paid directly to me

The community has great amenities, including five swimming pools and spas, laundry centers, outdoor common areas with a sundeck, 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site management, and ceiling fans in the units.

The photos are from previous roommates, so the room looks a little different now, but they give you a good idea of the space. You’re welcome to decorate your room however you’d like and make it feel like home.
