The available room is upstairs in a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, and access to a deck. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, with one bathroom on each floor shared between the two people living on that floor.

The room will be available September 1st. I’m moving in with my boyfriend because my dental hygiene program is becoming more demanding, and I need additional support and more time to focus on school.

The house is conveniently located near the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University, and Fairfield University.

Lease Details and Requirements: You would be taking over my existing lease, so no additional security deposit would be required. The lease was renewed on June 1st, meaning three months will have passed by the September 1st move-in date. You would then have the option to renew the lease again on June 1st each year.

Applicants must have:

• A credit score of 700 or higher
• Proof of employment
• A background check

You would be living with three adult female roommates. Two of the women live downstairs and are sisters, while the upstairs roommate is my sister. I currently live upstairs with her, but I’ll be moving out, so the available room will be next to hers. She is very sweet, patient, understanding, and easy to communicate with. You would each have your own private bedroom and share the upstairs bathroom. The girls are easy to live with, mature, and understanding. Communication is the main thing, if something comes up, everyone is open to discussing it respectfully. No one in the house smokes. Everyone shares the kitchen, living room, deck, and other common areas, so we’re looking for another woman who is respectful, responsible, clean, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.
