About the room

Located in the Lake Davis / Greenwood neighborhood—one of Orlando’s most charming historic areas—this thoughtfully designed residence offers a rare blend of character, walkability, and creative energy. Known for its brick-lined streets, lakeside parks, and proximity to downtown, the neighborhood provides a quiet, residential feel just minutes from the heart of the city.

Inside, the approximately 1,100 sq. ft. two story residence has been curated as both a home and a living gallery, featuring over 75 original abstract expressionist works throughout.

The layout includes:

A flexible creative room with a Murphy bed, ideal as both a second bedroom and an inspiring workspace. Queen size bed, chair and a half lounger, vertical moving desk and 55 inch smart television with sound bar
One full sharable bathroom upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs

The main living area (“parlor”) is designed for both relaxation and atmosphere, featuring a projector and screen, along with layered lighting and projection elements that allow you to shift the mood of the space throughout the day or evening.

About the roomies

Currently, I am at stay at home Dog Dad with two Chihuahuas that keep me busy. Additionally, I am an abstract expressionist artist so my work is featured throughout the residence. I do gig work, consulting with nonprofits and midsize businesses. I tend to be a homebody, meaning I’m home most of the time watching TV or working on DIY or art projects.
