A private bedroom is available in a shared three-bedroom, one-bathroom home in the friendly community of Loch Lomond, in the mountains above Middletown. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are shared.

The home features a large back deck with beautiful mountain views, is within easy walking distance of the community swimming pool, and a short drive to Harbin Hot Springs.

Month-to-month rental, $850/month,$850 security deposit, Shared utilities. Quiet, no-smoking/no-drugs home. Well-behaved pets considered. The room is currently unfurnished, but can also be rented furnished if needed.

One bedroom is currently rented to a quiet, non-smoking 30’s man who works full time in security.

We (the homeowners) are an American/Austrian married couple, self-employed artists, ages 55 and 66. Currently we are in Austria most of the time, creating a community living project based on sustainable food. Loch Lomond housemates are welcome to visit the project if interested. We host Airbnb guests, friends, and volunteers at a scenic property in the Vienna Woods and at a second location near Vienna’s historic city center.
