About the room
The room is about 12 x 8 and I’ll be your only roommate. The house was made into a duplex and has a huge yard. It is a basement apartment but has a nice window as it is only about 2/3 underground. The upstairs is a FurnishedFinder so those tenants are quiet working professionals. The yard is fenced in and has a big beautiful shade tree. We are right by Memorial Park and only a mile from downtown. We share a living room, 3/4 bathroom, and kitchenette with a fridge / freezer, cooktop, toaster / airfryer, microwave, and dishwasher. The house has glasses, cookware, silverware, dishes and bowls. Utilities are included.
About the roomies
I am a 36 year old professional who currently lives here alone. I am fixing up my room to have sort of a living area so we don’t have to share the living room as much. I am clean and quiet and work normal hours. I very rarely have guests and would appreciate the same. 10pm is when quiet hours start, please be on board with that.
