Quiet home on a small lake. I have an art & framing studio in the home which I use as a hobby. The guest room is furnished and includes a corner desk with book shelves above and a rolling office chair, nice sized closet and a full size bed. The bathroom, just across the hall has a walk-in glassed shower and the floors are a wood type laminate with area rugs. Photos are coming as I just purchased the home and will be moving in myself in September.

About the roomies

I am a very self sufficient 79 yr. senior lady that enjoys cooking, art and gardening with a busy lifestyle, and I am respectful of others and their privacy. My volunteer work keeps me focused on the computer a lot of the time and the home has a smoke free environment with no drugs, drama or loud music. The home is shared with another 68 yr old quiet senior gentleman residing in the 2nd guest room at the opposite end of the house. He has an Uber business and is only home late in the day and he usually leaves by 7:30 AM. He would be sharing the guest bath with the incoming new male roomie. I have a senior cat that mostly only stays in my room because she is relatively shy.
