It has lots of light, real wood floors. The room is larger then the picture I included. Picture was taken when roommate was in the process of moving out, so just an idea of half the room. Has storage space and closet space as well. Optional with new bed, a bureau and desk that are in room or an empty cleared room to rent. Children are welcome to visit. I have two grandchildren who live in VT that visit on occasion. Bedroom is for one person occupancy. Large backyard, off street parking, front porch, great landlords. Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, basement. Laundry system included. Wonderful neighborhood. Extra space in outside garage for items. Utilities and heat will also be shared expenses.

It is a two bedroom apartment! So it would be me and a roommate. I am a Professional Organizer and A Numerologist. I like easy going mixed with responsible, neat and kind. I have lived with many roommates over time and it has always been wonderful. Looking for the same as my long standing roommate of 6 years has moved. Below only lets me say 12 months stay, has to be a year commitment or longer is great.
