Fast wifi with your own designated parking spot. Inground swimming pool in the backyard but we dont use it often lol. Built in central air AC and heat so u dont have to worry. Looking for roommate that responsible, no drama, clean, no smoking 🚭Bed is removable if you would prefer having your own bed 🛏️ We ll run background check on you, no credit check is required. 3 months minimum staying then month to month lease

3 other roommates are professional workers from 30’s to mid 50’s , kind and friendly. Preferably no parties or guesses after 10pm except weekends and holidays if you planning to have people over in any kind of event, kindly inform us in advance 🙂
