This home is about 10 minutes away from the Como Park pavilion, lake, conservatory and other really great walking.

The house is surrounded by a native pollinator plant garden, apple tree in the backyard and lots of berries, hammock in the backyard during the summer and fall. The room for rent is right next to the first floor bathroom, but there is a second bathroom in the basement. The laundry machines are downstairs and modern. The room has two windows which have blinds for privacy. We can leave the artwork in the room if you enjoy it and substitute it for something else if that’s not your style and if you have your own art, we can pull that down as well.

The shared spaces of the house are the living room, dining room, kitchen, and yards in the front and the back.

I am a single mother who works full-time and my 15 year-old is in the house 50% or so. I work from home two days a week and I’m in the office three days a week so there is a lot of quiet time and privacy in the house.
