The room is a pretty nice size with a big window. There is a balcony that I don’t use and if you moved in you could have full claim over that. The apartment is really close to campus and fairhaven with a bus that goes straight down town. Never had an issue with the neighbors, there’s a locked mailbox, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a bath and shower, and a washing machine and dryer on sight.

It’s just me and my two cats in the apartment currently. I usually keep to myself and spend a lot of time in my room. I don’t really have guests over and if I did I would at least give you a heads up. I am an artist and have stuff for my crafts that I do mainly as a hobby right now. I am pretty easy to talk to if there are any issues and more than willing to move things around to make you more comfortable within reason.
