About the room
Step into a beautifully designed, nearly new luxury apartment in Jersey City and share a space that blends style, comfort, and creative energy.
Starting September 1, I’m moving into a 1,200+ sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in a brand-new (2025) building and looking for a responsible, clean roommate—or couple (for an adjusted rent). I’m relocating back to Jersey City after several years on the West Coast and am excited to create a home that feels both refined and welcoming.
The apartment will be fully furnished with thoughtfully curated pieces—modern, art-forward, and design-conscious—reflecting my background in the arts. Your bedroom and bathroom will be your own to furnish and personalize, though I may have extra furniture available if you need it.
I value a space that feels elevated but lived-in: great art, good food, the occasional film night, and an overall sense of calm and order. Ideally, you’re someone who appreciates a clean, well-kept home and enjoys a balance of social ease and personal space.
The apartment itself offers:
Over 1,200 sq ft of modern living space
Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (privacy for both of us)
A luxury building experience in a prime Jersey City location
Brand-new construction with high-end finishes
I’m happy to share photos of my previous apartment so you can get a sense of the aesthetic, furniture, and artwork that will define the space.
If you’re looking for a thoughtfully designed home rather than just a place to crash, this could be a great fit.
About the roomies
I’m a performing arts professional returning to Jersey City after several years on the West Coast, with a background in the performing arts as well as film and creative direction. I value a home that feels both thoughtfully designed and genuinely comfortable—art, good lighting, and well-chosen furniture matter to me, as does keeping a clean and respectful shared space. Outside of work, I’m into film, great food, staying active, and maintaining a calm, aesthetically cohesive environment. I’m social but independent, and I appreciate a roommate who strikes a similar balance. I own a mid sized dog, Marble (10), who is absolutely adorable and loves new people
