I live in a Senior Mobile Home Park . You must be 55 yrs and over to live here. It’s nice park, central to everything. I live at the top of the hill and have a wrap around deck with a beautiful view. The house is clean and orderly. I expect to rent to someone who is clean and orderly as well. You would have your own bathroom, kitchen privileges, access to the common area and patio and deck. There is tandem parking available. The room is a furnished 12x12 with plenty of closet space and storage. It is recently painted and clean. So is the bathroom which is a walk in, detachable shower head. There is Inernet, no cable. You would have to stream.

About the roomies

I am respectful of your privacy and space, friendly and accommodating within reason. I am very independent and always have a project going of some sort. I like to stay busy, but I also veg out in front of the TV on hot or rainy days.
