Furnished room available in an basement apartment. Apartment is a 15-20 walk to Howard University, Washington Hospital Center, Children’s Hospital, and the VA Hospital. Great option for nurses or students. Utilities are split between us. I have a cleaner come 2x a month but that comes out of my pocket.
