The apartment is part of a community named The Williard at Preston Crossing and is a furnished 2 bedroom apartment. The bedroom that is being offered has a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet and has a full bathroom with shower right outside the door. There is a washer and dryer in the unit in addition to dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and toaster. There will be a background check required by the complex and a $50 application fee prior to move in. There is also a $25 one time fee for a parking pass. The lease is up at the end of September so various renewal options are possible and up for discussion. Quiet community near many amenities and close to all major highways. 12 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Louisville.

I would be the only roommate in the property and have lived here for the past 10 months. I have a job that is work from home and is on a nighttime schedule from 7PM-3:30AM Monday-Friday. I will utilize my bedroom as my home office set up. I have 3 children but they live in New Jersey full time so I normally visit them where they live. There may be visit or two over a year but doubt that. I love sports, music and attending both live. I am pretty simple and easy to get along with.
