Beautiful home in Westminster near I-36 looking for fun, responsible, sober roommates. The home has four bedrooms and 2 full baths. We are looking for a 3rd roommate who can choose and upstairs bedroom ($900/month) with a shared bath or the basement living area ($1,200) that includes a private living room, bathroom and bedroom. We are looking for a roommate who is respectful, easygoing, and keep shared spaces tidy. This is a SOBER living home so no cannabis, alcohol or other drugs.
