Its 1908 Queen Ann, 2 above ground floors + a rafter attic & a half finished basement that is a Great Room with desks. 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower/bath. 1/2 bathroom in the basement. A 3/4 bathroom on the 2nd floor. Everything is furnished & decorated in a geometric hippie bohemian vibe other than the 50“ tv in the living room.

I; Maty, a 41 year old unlicensed Civil Engineer that works on infrastructure. Harold, a 81 year old retiree from a bunch of odd jobs. I took a loan from the bank in 2018, with the intention of doing multi generational housing apart of a community. I previously have been homeless a lot & this act of service to others is how I turn negative energy into positive energy
