Hi! Me and my partner are looking for a renter for the studio apartment in the basement of our townhome located in North Potomac, only a 7 min walk from Downtown Crown and Rio Center.

The studio apartment has a private bathroom and galley kitchen with counter top oven (2 burner stove installed after video, see last picture) with multiple closets for storage. The only shared amenities are the front entrance and the laundry.

There is a reserved parking spot that can be rented along with the room but in the interest of keeping rent low as we know times are tough we have excluded it from the rent if you would like to use the designated spot it’s $50/mo additional.

Utilities are not included in rent but are adjusted based on a 3 way split with all housemates each month.

While we won’t have to share much with our basement housemate we are seeking a professional woman in her 20s or 30s as an ideal housemate!

This is a permitted space with an egress window in the bedroom area.

My partner and I live upstairs with our 3 dogs and cat. We love movies, art, music and finding new things to do around the DMV.
