I have a Sapphic decorated home with 2 cats. They do NOT have bedroom privileges, at all (my room too)!! YOUR new room has a queen size bed, end tables, closet with hanging storage, TV, and a peaceful view. You would also get a private rec room with a built-in bar, fridge, tv, and microwave to socialize or relax in. Everyone needs a little privacy, beyond their bedroom, ya know?! 🙂 You’ll get 2 spacious rooms for the price of 1 🤑 You must provide your own: toiletries/sundries, laundry detergent/ supplies, and food/drinks.
About the roomies
I am in the process of donating stuff to Community Aid so please forgive the messiness. It will be pristine by the time we become Roomies 😊 I reside alone. NO smoking in the house…. PERIOD!! I have a lovely back patio to utilize, at your leisure, for that. Must be: tidy, communicative, self-sufficient, trustworthy, and respectful.
