About the room
Only one parking spot available, rent mostly paid by cleaning. 2200sqft house, room for storage. Room for rent is 10ftx13.5ft and upstairs. Access to kitchen, living room, storage room. You will rent on a month-to-month basis so you can leave any time. Carpet may need to be replaced before move in but that is your call. Room was mostly only occupied by previous roomate and recently, only our 2 cats
About the roomies
2 males, chris and ryan, ages 27-28, polite and respectable and friendly. We work different shifts so someone is always home. We are gun owners and pet owners of 2 cats so please be accepting of that. We are thinking of moving sometime in the near future and are more than willing to accommodate you into a new place. Dont fear this as a temporary living situation. You can live and move anywhere with us aslong as your willing to. We would like to think of you as a new friend rather than just a roomate!
