Looking for someone to take over my spot in a spacious basement room. You’d sign a new lease directly with the owners, 6 months standard, though shorter terms can be discussed.

Rent: $1,000/month for one person, or $1,100/month for a couple. Utilities and wifi included. Security deposit: equal to one month’s rent.

Available starting August 1st, and the room needs to be filled soon.

Shared bathroom.

The owners are kind and easygoing and so are the rest of the tenants! The home has a lot of great amenities. Friendly indoor and outdoor cats live here too, and having your own cat is fine. No dogs allowed.

Smoking is allowed outside only, 420 friendly. Use of drugs other than cannabis is not permitted.

The room is very large with a built-in closet, currently unfurnished, though a dresser is available to use and the room can be partially furnished if needed with a bed.

Located about 5 minutes from downtown Lakewood and 15 minutes from downtown Denver.
