I have an amazing house and garden east of Churchill on the bus line. I love them, but it’s a lot for me. I’d love to share it and expenses with someone great! It has 3 bedrooms and a studio upstairs. The bathroom near the bedrooms, we could share at night, or you can use your own bathroom. About you: You are a single female or LGBTQ, and I’m happy either way. I like open-minded, spiritual people. I’m looking for someone who likes to garden, cook, or can, possibly together. I like people who are happy and able to laugh and find gratitude in simple things. You know how to clean up after yourself! I’m looking for $800 per month, including utilities, and am happy to pay you for work in the garden up to $200/mo, while work in the house would be part of living there. In exchange, you get your room, laundry, access to the yards, eggs, veggies, and fruit that grow here, and my awesomeness as your roommate!

About the roomies

About me: I’m 62, very active and social. When I’m out, it’s often spiritual. I like tarot and similar. I don’t drink or smoke and enjoy like-minded people. I like to meditate, do yoga, read, write, dance, hike, and work in my garden, but I also like to be silly. The other bedroom houses my 19-year-old daughter. She’s a straight-A student at the University of Portland, so she’s only home on vacations. The studio upstairs is completely separate and houses a young graduate who has been very quiet and works in the yard consistently. His girlfriend is moving in. I have met her several times, and she is very sweet.
