Loft apartment in a 3-story house with garage parking. Quiet, gated neighborhood with access to a private pool and pickleball courts.

8-min from the heart of downtown Asheville and 2-min to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The space for rent is the whole 3rd floor that looks out into a forest. It includes a furnished living room all to yourself, a huge master bedroom with enough space for a private office, remodeled ensuite bathroom, and a giant walk in closet.

On the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining, sitting area, and a large screened in porch where you can hear the year-round backyard creek. The basement has access to the attached garage, laundry room, and back yard.

The master bedroom comes unfurnished. There is a king bed and dresser in the photo to help show just how big the area is. Dogs under 30lbs and cats are allowed.

I, your roommate, spend most of my time in the basement office, whether for work or for leisure, both of which take up most of a typical day. My room and its attached bathroom are on the second floor, and I tend to keep to myself. Besides of how frequently I talk my cat, Nailah, I’m quiet - no loud music or anything like that. Outside of when I’m playing D&D or singing along to some Disney or something, I think you could be forgiven for forgetting I exist haha.
