This will be a good fit for people who prefer minimal guests and noise past 10 pm. There are currently two cats so no more pets are allowed. The apartment is cleaned daily so somebody who is cleanly and tidy is preferred. The apartment has modern appliances, AC, and a large balcony. You will have your own private bathroom. There is a garage with storage available and a reserved parking spot included. There is an extra charge if an EV parking spot is needed. The complex has a gym as well. Rent is $1100 per month plus half of utilities.

Current roommate is a 26 year old female. She works from home and likes going to the gym and is usually private but open to socializing.
