About the room
This is the largest room in the four-bedroom house. It is located downstairs and is the coolest room during summer. It also has a closet. There is one shared bathroom downstairs and the other two roommates share one upstairs.
We are in walking distance to Safeway, other stores, and a four minute drive to Fred Meyers. We are also close to Golden Gardens! We are on the cusp of Ballard and Greenwood.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc. and the house is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. We also have a garden and garage to store equipment/gear in.
About the roomies
There are two women and one man between the ages of 26-32 years old. We love camping, hiking, biking, gardening, and game nights! We like our space but also enjoy spending time together. We like to maintain a clean and quiet household as well.
