I am looking for a housemate in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment at Jefferson Ridge starting August 1st. The rent is about 1,111$ and about 35$ per month for utilities. It is an upstairs apartment with a balcony, high ceiling living room with a working fire place, and windowed available bedroom. There are amenities such as a pool, gym, dog parks, playgrounds, and nearby wooded walking trails that I love to go on. The living room is mostly furnished. I have a table, couch, barstool chairs, and a rug, though there is more room and if you’d like to add anything or trade them out, I’m open to it.
