About the room

I’m moving back to my home country and I am looking for a roommate to replace me! Rent is all bills included and high speed WiFi. Looking for female only. The room itself is huge which was the main attraction for me. The bathroom is almost as big as a standard bedroom with tons of storage space and comes with a walk-in closet too. The room is very large and comes with a personal wall-mounted A/C unit (just installed). The room also has a balcony with stairs down to the pool. The views are just incredible. You will have full access to the kitchen with industrial size stove and kitchen sink. Storage space and shelves/drawers available to you in the kitchen as well. There is full access to the washer and dryer which is nice and close to the room. You will also have one full garage spot for your car and some more shelves for storage. It’s wonderful getting into a cool car that hasn’t been baking in the sun! The area is really safe and quiet and has tons of shops just minutes away, including Costco, Trader Joe’s and 85° bakery just around the corner. About the roomies

The landlady lives in the house in a separate area with her daughter who is very quiet. They are often away for days as they have another property nearby. I rarely hear any noise from them and they are very friendly. The landlady is happy to chat when I want to, but also respects that sometimes we just want to do our separate thing and no pressure to chat. There are some people that live in the downstairs basement apartment but they have a separate entrance and I never see them.
