It is a 3 bed 3 bath house with a big backyard. washer and dryer included with a dishwasher and AC/heat. 3 living rooms. you have the choice of staying for a 6 month or 12 month lease.

About the roomies

I’m Parmis, im 23 years old and work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children with autism. I’m currently halfway through my Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and working toward becoming a BCBA. I recently moved from San Diego to Boulder about a month ago and have been loving Colorado! In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, backpacking, arts and crafts, spending time by the river, and exploring new places! I’m looking for someone who values open communication, is kind and respectful, 420 friendly, and helps keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I definitely appreciate having my own downtime, but I’d also love to be friends with my roommates and enjoy the occasional movie night, craft night, or outdoor adventure together. It would be especially fun to live with another gal who loves spending time outside!

A little about Shannon: I’m 24 and I just finished grad school at UC Davis, and I’m moving to Lafayette to start my full time engineering job at the end of the summer. I’m clean and like to keep common areas clutter-free. I’m very active and adventurous, so you’d probably catch me running, skiing, hiking, playing volleyball, or doing yoga in my free time. I am also pretty social and outgoing: I grew up in New York State, but did my undergrad at Mines in Golden, CO. I would love to have my friends from out-of-state come visit, and I’m really excited to spend time with my friends in the Denver area, but also meet lots of new people!
