Im moving to Florida by Oct 1st which means the Master’s Bedroom will be available by then . However if you prefer to move in earlier there is another Huge bedroom (Sunroom) available right now only for $300, then you can move to the Master’s Bedroom later.
you can redesign the master’s bedroom to your liking.
There are currently 5 roomies in the Apt - all Male professionals and are very conscientiously clean , shares in cleaning the Kitchen and Bathroom and keeps the apt in order and well organized. Nobody smokes though only drinks occasionally.
All kitchen appliances are brand new Stainless Steel. We have 2 Fridge, new large stove top and dishwasher. I recently had the kitchen painted and changed all ceiling lights to green pendant lighting.
Only accross Farwell Beach and beside Giordanos pizza. Very accessible to Morse Red Line and bus stops only at the corner of Morse or Pratt Ave. There is nearby Morse Market and Target.
