I have a small bedroom in my apartment, walking distance from a grocery store, a library, and Whitworth college! The kitchen and living room are furnished, but the bedroom is completely empty. No AC but has a window and is on the ground floor. Please no smoking inside, including weed just because the smell tends to linger and spread to other apartments.

I’m a 25 year old woman looking to save money however I can, and have had a spare room empty for ages! I have a cat named Luna whose a sweetheart and stays inside. I’m pretty lowkey, occasionally having a friend over or playing games with my friends on my PC.
