Hello I have 2 rooms we are looking for tenants for. One is a little larger than the other but are both tile floors. Unfurnished rooms as well. All utilities including Internet is included in the rent. Everyone will have to share one bathroom but we are planning on getting a back up camping toilet for outside just in case 2 people need to use the bathroom at the same time. So being considerate of the time you spend showering and using the restroom is a must.

It will be me and my husband and our 3 friendly dogs living in the home. All common areas are able to be utilized. We ask there are no overnight guests and please limit day time guests since it’s small quarters with only one restroom. We are also moving there and we are trying to get potential roommates lined up and ready beforehand who are ready to move in at the end of August. We are looking for kind and clean people to share our home with. People who pick up after themselves and respect each other is a deal breaker. We are 420 friendly but do not allow any other smoking in the house aside from vaping. No drugs in this house either. It will result in you being immediately evicted as it will be a term listed on the lease. We already have pets so we are also looking for someone who does not have pets themselves.
