Room in a large 4Br/2Ba/2Car garage house, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

I can provide a full/queen-size bed, a dresser, and a desk , after I have a commitment of a new roommate

We have COMCAST internet, the fastest one on the market, with a speed of 1 GB with a cable premium channels.

There is a TV in every living room.

House is located one block off of Wolfe Road, 1 mile north of El Camino Real. Central Exp. is 1 mile away 101 freeway is 2 miles to the north 280 freeway is 2,5 miles south of the house.

Google employee bus and VTA bus stop on Wolfe Road, just seven houses down the road. Sunnyvale Caltrain station is 1.6 miles away. New Apple headquarters only 2,5 miles south on Wolfe Road.

There are Subway, a fresh produce store, two liquor stores, and several restaurants about a quarter of a mile away on Wolfe Road, as well as Shell gas station.

El Camino Real is a mile away, with Safeway (24 HR), Starbucks, Walgreens, Best Buy, In -and- out burger, Rite Aid, and all the rest of the restaurants and fast food places close by.

I am in the process of building a new household with new roommates. Looking for a third solid roommate, preferably a professional. Current new roommates are VERY clean and organized.

I have lived in this house for the past 26 years with various roommates.

I have always been respectful towards them and expect the same in return.

Utilities are equally split in four ways.

We follow common-sense rules:

1. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME
2. YOU HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF

I want every roommate to think of the house as their home, not just the place that they live in.

If you have any piece of furniture, electrical appliance, painting, and so on, that would improve the looks and comfort level in the house, you are more than welcome to bring it in.

I have removed carpets from all the rooms and refinished the hardwood floor that was underneath. Just installed 3,5-inch baseboards all around the house. Every room in the house has two new coats of paint. New floor tiles in the bathrooms.

The whole house has double pane windows. One living room and a hallway have hardwood floors. The living room facing the backyard is carpeted and it has a fireplace. All the rooms and both living rooms have cable hookups. There is a TV in every living room.

The kitchen and dining room have tiled floors. There are custom-made kitchen cabinets with a granite countertop. There are a dishwasher, a brand new refrigerator, and a stove and microwave in the kitchen. There is a second refrigerator in the garage.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. The garage is used for storage and it has some free space. Besides the driveway, there are two designated parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

Current roommate are respectful, clean and organized, so we are looking for someone with similar interests and experience.

I have lived in this house for the past 26 years with various roommates and I get along with everyone, as long as we all subscribe to common sense rules.

Be respectful towards other roommates and clean up after yourself.

Whatever we agree to,at the beginning of your stay in the house , is expected to be honored and followed.

Even if you have to pretend for some time , pretend perfectly while in the house.

When you are ready to leave or tired of pretending to be as clean, as respectful, …, give me 30 days notice or vice versa , and keep it going till the time of moving out.
