Renting 1BR in a 2BR townhome in Panther Valley. Room comes equipped with a 6’ wide closet and can accommodate a king sized bed and a large dresser. At the moment there is only one full bathroom but plans to add at least an additional half bathroom are in the works.

Attic has space for additional storage. Living room / common areas will be furnished.

Small patio out front, currently mulched but planning to put in pavers to have an outside space.

There is a 2 car garage which I plan to store one car in (you may use as well) and use the rest for storage.

The community itself is nice. 24 hour gated security, multiple pools, tennis courts, etc. All maintenance outside (landscaping, snow removal, etc.) is covered by the HOA.

No pictures right now, this was an off market sale and I only have pictures of someone else’s possessions in the house but I am happy to show if you think it is a good fit.

About the roomies

I am a single male, 39 years old, recently divorced with 2 children. Children will likely be over the house during weekend mornings but no overnights at this time due to living situation.

I work in NYC T-TH and from home on M/F. I also work a few shifts at a restaurant, so to say I will not be home much is an understatement.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful. I don’t mind sharing my belongings but just want to come home to the place looking like I left it.
