The property is a short distance from Loma Linda University, Loma Linda Hospital, and VA hospital. Close to a lot of restaurants, stores and freeways. The entire house is furnished, except for the room. But we have an extra bed if you need one. Electric bill is included, but if it exceeds $200 a month, the difference will be divided among the 3 tenants.

Two rooms are already occupied by male tenants,including my son as the landlord, The 2 tenants will share one full bathroom upstairs and there’s a half bathroom downstairs. There’s also two cute dogs in the living room, but won’t accept more pets for the reason that there’s no enough space inside the house. Everything in the house is a common area so we expect everybody to clean after themselves.
