We’re looking for a respectful roommate to join our home! The house is currently shared by me, my boyfriend, and one of our friends. We keep things friendly, laid-back, and communicative.

Your Room

The room comes fully furnished with a bed featuring awesome built-in LED lighting, so you can move in without worrying about bringing the basics.

What You’ll Love

• Spacious shared living room featuring a 120-inch projector screen, immersive surround sound, and plenty of space for movie nights, gaming, sporting events, or hanging out with friends.
• We use a simple claiming system for the living room so everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy a private movie or gaming night.
• Backyard is being upgraded with a custom-built fire pit and outdoor seating area, making it a great place to relax after work.
• Custom-built side gate keeps our dogs safely separated when needed.
• The home stays comfortable year-round, with the A/C typically set to 70°F during the day and 68°F at night.

Community Amenities

The neighborhood includes:

• A family pool with a splash pad for kids.
• A second, quieter pool with grilling areas that’s perfect for relaxing.

Great Location

Convenience is hard to beat! A new McDonald’s and gas station are being built just a short walk from the house, making late-night food runs and quick errands incredibly easy.

Pets

We currently have two friendly dogs (a German Shepherd and a Boxer) and one cat. Because of our current pets, we can’t accommodate additional cats or dogs. Small caged pets (such as reptiles, hamsters, or similar animals) kept in your room are welcome.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, communicates well, and wants to be part of a comfortable, fun household.
