About the room
This house is located close to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Plenty of shopping at Tanger Outlets and grocery store right across the street practically. The house is very peaceful and welcoming. When you walk in you’ll feel like you just came home. The room for rent is very large with its own private bathroom and large closet.
About the roomies
Currently, there are three people living in the house two mail age 50 plus and one female mid 20s. There’s also a dog and a cat that live in the house. Pretty much everybody stays to themselves and the common spaces is where you may cross paths. The living room dining room and kitchen areas are open and spacious and you’re welcome to have visitors provided you do it respectfully. Everyone is friendly and pretty quiet except an occasional dog bark. We are looking for someone to compliment the people that are already living there and to create a cohesive living environment for all.
