Hi! My name is Jeffrey and I am renting out my master bedroom. You will have your own private bathroom. The house doesn’t have central air but I do have a window AC unit for that room. I have a chest freezer that you are welcome to use. Our internet is very fast. I included utilities in the rent price. I’m very laid back and easy to get along with. Must be clean and tidy. You’ll have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, garage, and living room. I’m not smoking and non-drinking, I am looking for the same type of roommate. Lastly, looking for someone who can help with outside chores such as mowing the grass and snow removal occasionally.

I’m the only person living in the house at the moment. I have one very large dog. He is very sweet and loves everyone. If you’re not a dog person, this would not be an ideal arrangement.
