A furnished private bedroom is available in our Port Orange acer home near Dunlawton Avenue. The room includes a queen-size bed, dresser , desk and access to a shared guest bathroom.

The home is shared with me and my fiancée.

There is no security deposit. A $200 move-out cleaning fee applies when the renter moves out.

Month-to-month rental with 30 days’ notice required before moving out.

No pets ( homeowners have 2 wonderful cats and 1 dog, people friendly) and no smoking inside home . Overnight guests are allowed up to two nights per month.

The ideal renter should be employed or attending school. Employment or school verification may be requested.

2 owners are very educated and work full time jobs. Easy going, outgoing and can be out of country for months at times. We do have our own living area attached to our bedroom and door access to pool area.
