1800 sq ft 2 story home in desirable Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. You have full use of the kitchen, living room, and laundry. The room is much larger than the average room. It has a sitting area to enjoy tv viewing or gaming. The room has a comfy queen bed with a dresser and 2 night stands. There is a roomy walk in closet. Roommate must supply own bedding and bath towels. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only and butts disposed of properly. Electric is split monthly. Over night guest not allowed without prior approval and limited to 2 nights a month. A $65 application fee for background check required.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the home with just me. I am an independent 60 something 😂 y/o female. I like things to be neat and tidy. Need a roommate that cleans up after themself and respects the property like I do. It may not be the nicest or newest home but it is home and I expect it to be taken care of. After working hard all day I enjoy my quiet time in the evenings. When home I spend most of my time in my room or outside working in the yard. I am easy going, non judgmental and get along with everyone. Life is short be happy! I do NOT allow illegal drug of any kind! I enjoy having a drink in the evening but do not tolerate uncontrollable drunken behavior.
