Great location just down the road from Evesham library, police station, and recreation center. Plenty of stores and restaurants in area. This is a one story townhouse, on corner lot, in a cul-de-sac. Corner lot means only one side is connected to another townhouse so it offers a larger yard (side and back). Plenty of sun for vegetable garden, especially if raised. Yard is also fully fenced with a huge umbrella and outdoor furniture. Without exception, all residents are nice and keep a clean yard. You would be renting the spare bedroom w/ closet, and windows to let sun in. Two bathrooms, one with shower and tub that is shared with me. Total use of kitchen (microwave, toaster oven, stove and oven, dishwasher, 1/2 of refrigerator space, and own shelving for food storage). Can share / have use of living room, and dining room. One designated smoking room (kitchen with exhaust fan). Comes with one medium sized dog, and one cat, both of which are trying to live each other as the dog is a relatively new addition to the household. Dog, Ruby, is trained to toilet in one area outside so no surprises.

I live alone. I am 67 years old this month. I have no children, but nieces and nephew that come over once a year to camp in the side yard. I have one dog and one cat. I am both a smoker of cigarettes and pot, but smoke cigarettes only in the kitchen with exhaust fan. I am a retired teacher and a nester. We, (dog, cat, and me), have a quiet lifestyle. I don’t date and have very few visitors. I mostly stay home creating art, reading books, playing games, watching television, and snuggling up on the couch with popcorn on rainy days with remote in hand. I also like to go to the near by movie theater once and awhile. I keep a relatively clean house and like things organized, though the latter is hit or miss. That’s pretty much it… not very exciting.
