This is a shared home. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with the other residents. Rent includes high-speed internet and access to a fully equipped kitchen. Your room will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, we kindly ask that you keep your room and all shared areas clean. The washer and dryer are available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to avoid disturbing other residents. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of others, especially during the evening hours. Smoking inside the house, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted. Visitors and overnight guests are allowed only with prior approval. Pets are not permitted. At the end of your stay, please leave the room key according to the check-out instructions.
